About The Position

As a Dual Sales Manager for Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites - Austin Round Rock (managed by Dimension Hospitality), you will generate revenue for two hotel properties by developing and maintaining client relationships, securing new business, and supporting sales strategies that drive occupancy and revenue growth. You will focus on group sales, corporate accounts, and market outreach while collaborating with hotel leadership teams to achieve shared business goals across both properties.

Requirements

Previous hotel sales experience required
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and goal driven
Ability to build strong client relationships
Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business
Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

Multi-property or dual-property sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and market outreach for both hotel locations
Manage existing accounts and build long term client relationships that support revenue growth across the portfolio
Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements for group bookings and negotiated business
Conduct site tours and represent the hotel to prospective clients
Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful event and group execution, events, and guest experiences
Maintain accurate sales records, account details, and reporting
Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and hotel marketing efforts
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
