Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3–5 years of casino gaming leadership or management experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of table games operations, rules, and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of casino regulations, compliance requirements, and Title 31.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and guest service abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and operational accuracy.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced gaming environment.
  • Hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, performance management, and team development responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide active leadership and maintain a strong presence on the casino floor.
  • Oversee daily Table Games operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Resolve guest and team member concerns professionally and impartially.
  • Coach, mentor, and support frontline team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor and uphold gaming regulations, Title 31 compliance, and company policies.
  • Ensure accuracy of gaming documentation, jackpot paperwork, fills, credits, and shift reports.
  • Stay informed on promotions, special events, and operational updates, communicating effectively with staff.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to support development, recognition, and accountability.
  • Coordinate with departments across the property to deliver seamless guest service.
  • Identify and address operational irregularities while protecting the integrity of gaming operations.
  • Issue player comps appropriately and professionally based on established guidelines.
  • Demonstrate expertise in gaming rules, procedures, and promotional offerings.
  • Complete special projects and operational assignments as needed.
  • Oversee Poker Room operations, including cash games and tournaments.
  • Ensure compliance with all poker policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote game integrity while delivering outstanding player experiences.
