About The Position

This dual-role position within the Table Games department combines leadership, operational oversight, and guest service excellence. As a Floor Supervisor, you are responsible for managing assigned pit areas, supervising table game personnel, and ensuring a smooth, compliant gaming experience for guests. You’ll provide on-the-floor guidance to dealers, monitor gameplay, and handle guest interactions with professionalism and efficiency. In the Pit Manager role, your responsibilities expand to supervising overall pit operations, enforcing casino policies and procedures, and resolving gaming and non-gaming concerns. You’ll safeguard casino assets by issuing and inspecting cards and dice, reviewing for irregularities, authorizing guest comps, and maintaining regulatory compliance. This position plays a critical role in upholding the integrity of the casino, supporting team performance, and ensuring an engaging and secure environment. Additional duties may be assigned by department leadership based on operational needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Satisfactory completion of dealer’s training school or Casino approved equivalent
  • Proven abilities as Casino Dealer
  • At least two years experience as a Table Games Supervisor
  • At least two years of dealing experience required
  • Must be able to deal and supervise at least two types of table games (Blackjack, Roulette, and Craps) and a novelty game
  • Must possess leadership attributes that can be further developed
  • Competent using MS Office Suite
  • Ability to stand for longer than 8 hours
  • Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
  • Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
  • All applicants must obtain a Class III A or III B license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
  • Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions.
