About The Position

Equinox is seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic dual-licensed Massage Therapists and Estheticians for its Coral Gables club. The role delivers spa services in a professional, comfortable setting within Equinox’s luxury wellness environment, which features premium amenities and innovative products and techniques, including hot stone therapy and tropical body smoothies. Team members are expected to focus on member satisfaction and help develop their practice and skills. The position may offer room for growth into management.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Florida Massage Therapy license or certification.
• Possess a valid Esthetician license.
• Have specific training in facial and body waxing.
• Be willing to develop a practice within the corporation while developing personal skills and knowledge.
• Be available on a full-time basis; part-time opportunities may also be available.
• Have evening and weekend availability.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Bring positive energy and a dynamic, group-building personality.
• Be computer literate.
• Have the legal right to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• One to two years of experience is preferred.
• Cross-training in multiple services is highly preferred, including stone massage, prenatal massage, craniosacral, point work, amma therapy, shiatsu, aromatherapy, and reflexology.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, consult with clients, and perform massage treatments in a professional and comfortable setting.
• Perform 25-, 50-, and 80-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages.
• Direct efforts toward member satisfaction.
• Clean the treatment room after each treatment and at the end of each shift.
• Analyze, consult with clients, and perform facials and body treatments in a professional and comfortable setting.
• Develop a practice within the company while continuing to develop skills and knowledge.
