About The Position

The Dual Enrollment Program & Outreach Coordinator is responsible for developing, administering, and expanding dual enrollment partnerships between the School of Entrepreneurship (DKSOE), local high schools, community organizations, and other educational stakeholders. This role focuses on increasing student access and strengthening community relationships to support and advance the vision and objectives of DKSOE and the university. Requirements

  • Six years of directly related full-time experience or a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Education, Business, Public Administration, or a closely related field and two years of full-time experience directly related to the job functions.
  • Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and approach challenges with creativity.
  • Demonstrated track record of reliability, meeting goals, and holding oneself accountable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing and coordinating the dual enrollment programs aligned with DKSOE’s mission and academic standards.
  • Developing and administering program policies and procedures in collaboration with leadership, ensuring compliance with institutional, state, and accreditation requirements.
  • Coordinating course offerings, schedules, instructor assignments, and program operations with academic departments and high school, district, and community partners.
  • Serving as a primary liaison for external partners to support communication, program delivery, and relationship management.
  • Providing guidance to prospective and enrolled dual enrollment students and responding to inquiries from students and parents regarding admissions, onboarding, and program participation, in collaboration with advising and student services.
  • Researching and compiling data to evaluate program effectiveness, including recruitment efforts, enrollment trends and student success outcomes. Has the authority to formulate, interpret, and implement program policies.
  • Working cross-functionally with faculty, admissions, registrar and leadership to support program operations and outreach initiatives.
  • Partnering with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Organizing outreach events, information sessions, and recruitment initiatives, including identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities to expand program reach.
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports and documentation related to dual enrollment programs, preparing data-informed reports for leadership.
  • Monitoring and maintaining program expenses, budgets, and finances.
  • Coaching and mentoring program staff, and providing training and support to partner institutions as needed.
  • Representing DKSOE at community events, college fairs and partner sites.
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
