About The Position

Advises and supports the operations of secondary site dual credit opportunities and works directly with secondary partners and students to ensure a coordinated, high-quality student experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to support student enrollment at the High School or secondary sites.
  • Acts as a liaison for the entire enrollment process, from initial information to setting up courses and working with schools/students.
  • Works with the Academic Affairs department to get High School faculty credentialed and current.
  • Manages courses offered off-site and provides reporting and updates to internal and external partners.
  • Works with the Director of ECO and Deans to create needed courses.
  • Updates academic program information for all courses and shares it with partners.
  • Provides general admission, advising, and registration services to students and prospective students enrolled in classes off-site.
  • Maintains accurate student records by assisting students in completing necessary paperwork for enrolling into the ECO.
  • Assists students/schools with understanding where to access additional admission services (EdReady, etc.) when needed.
  • Carries a load of traditional dual credit students as needed.
  • Assists seniors who are ECO students and community members with understanding the GCTC college admission process.
  • Provides information on other student support services such as Financial Aid FAFSA workshops and Admissions HS and GCTC transcript requests.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
