About The Position

The Revenue Manager has the critical task of maximizing revenue and ensuring the hotel remains competitive in the industry. Not only will you research and implement effective pricing strategies, but you will work and ensure collaboration across multiple departments to communicate and develop a strategy. This multi-faceted position involves developing and recommending sales strategies, room mix, and pricing. It also includes compiling data, analyzing trends, and developing accurate weekly and period forecasts to communicate to all departments. Additionally, the role involves assisting in developing, implementing, and monitoring annual budget and marketing plans, and communicating with the sales team to develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in sales, economics, business administration or a similar major, or comparable experience in revenue management, sales, marketing or a related field.
  • Understanding of statistics.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with and understand systems across multiple departments.

  • Experience in Excel, SQL, or other data collection methods.
