About The Position
The DSS Support Supervisor position involves managing a team of DSS Support Analysts who assist all 100 NC Department of Social Services with specific eligibility data that need corrections related to beneficiaries NC Medicaid eligibility. This position also is responsible for management and reporting of Time Limit Overrides the county received.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of experience in personnel, budgeting, research or administrative management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
