About The Position

This is a Full Time position at the Outer Loop - Louisville, KY 40219 location. The role requires demonstrating CORE4 values, completing documentation of services, and ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of participants. The position also involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment, accurately reporting time worked, and assisting in production and quality standards. The DSP/Site Coordinator will intercept for quality control, assist with the work of team members and staff, and help with the setup and breakdown of the work area daily. Effective communication with staff and team members is essential. The role may involve aiding team members with personal care and medications, attending meetings, and completing daily notes and monthly summaries. Maintaining all Medicaid and Zoom Group documentation and training requirements is also a key responsibility, along with completing tasks according to the task analysis for the assigned logistics account. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Capacity to demonstrate CORE4 values.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the field of disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate CORE4 values in the execution of mission and vision.
  • Complete documentation of services provided.
  • Demonstrate comprehension of abuse, neglect, and exploitation and report accordingly.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of participants always.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Accurately report time worked and appropriately use payroll software.
  • Assist in production and quality standards.
  • Intercept for quality control.
  • Assist with the work of team members and staff.
