About The Position

Power Life is seeking committed teachers in Des Moines to serve as Feedback Coaches. This role involves observing classes, providing constructive feedback to fellow teachers, and supporting the overall growth and consistency of the teaching staff. The ideal candidate is passionate about teacher development, possesses strong communication and leadership skills, and believes in the power of feedback to foster growth in others.

Responsibilities

• Attend and observe 1-2 classes per month taught by fellow instructors.
• Use the Rubric feedback form to share helpful, constructive, and growth-minded feedback.
• Meet 1:1 with teachers after class to support their development and celebrate progress.
• Work with the Programs Manager to align on studio standards and help elevate the experience for students.
• Attend annual training.
