We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst (Business Process Analyst) to support the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). In this role, you will help advance DSCA’s mission by supporting key modernization and process‑improvement initiatives that strengthen how the organization manages, delivers, and coordinates security cooperation activities. You will work closely with DSCA stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze workflows, and translate requirements into clear and actionable solutions. This position plays an important part in helping DSCA improve efficiency, enhance collaboration, and support consistent, high‑quality development of security cooperation processes and programs.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role in the defense industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business analysis, business administration, economics, marketing, finance or related field

  • Must possess and maintain an active Secret clearance at the time of consideration
  • Must be able to work assigned East Coast core business hours to support program and customer requirements.

  • Experience supporting the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) or organizations involved in Security Cooperation, Foreign Military Sales, or Defense Acquisition
  • Prior exposure to DoD programs, policies, or partner‑nation engagement workflows

  • Familiarity with business processes within DSCA, DCSA or related foreign intelligence and security agency

  • Experience developing and maintaining reporting tools, dashboards, or performance metrics
