About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Paul Davis of West Richmond. The ideal candidate will have a few years experience with drywalling and painting, mostly in the residential setting. We value both independence and collaboration here; this position will require you to work solo and with a team. Our hours are 7:30AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday. Responsibilities

  • Prepare the job site with drop cloths and plastic - maintain a clean work environment
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, filling nail holes, sanding, skimming, and priming
  • Drywall hanging and drywall patches
  • Paint using various equipment
  • Color matching
  • Meet deadlines for projects
  • Ability to climb and work on ladders or scaffolding comfortably and safely
  • Assist with trim or other duties if required
