Requirements

• Proven construction experience with a focus on drywall installation and finishing in various construction projects
• Familiarity with building construction processes including framing, plastering, stucco application, caulking, and hardscape work
• Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, trowels, and levels; experience with power tools is essential
• Knowledge of electrical systems or plumbing is a plus for integrated project tasks
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately for precise installation
• Experience working outdoors in different weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Background in remodeling or renovation projects demonstrating versatility across different types of building work
• Competence in operating heavy equipment when necessary for site preparation or material transport
• 3 years of Drywall experience (Required)

Responsibilities

• Install drywall panels on walls and ceilings.
• Cut and shape drywall to fit around windows, doors, and other openings.
• Apply joint compound, tape, and fasteners to seams and screw holes.
• Sand and finish drywall surfaces to prepare them for painting or other finishes.
• Repair damaged drywall.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
