About The Position

This role focuses on completing drywall repairs in a timely, clean, and professional manner. The individual will be responsible for understanding the methods and equipment involved in drywall repair, operating necessary tools and equipment, and ensuring the quality and thoroughness of all assigned repair work. This includes tasks such as back checking completed work, documenting insufficiencies, maintaining tools and equipment, and managing vehicle maintenance and cleanliness. The role also involves the application and removal of masking, cleaning up dust and debris, loading and unloading materials, and returning leftover materials to the shop. Accurate documentation of billable time and materials is also a key responsibility, along with performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Valid drivers license.
Oral communication skills.
Knowledge of materials, tools, equipment, & methods used in drywall repair.
Courteous and professional demeanor.
Ability to lift 60 lbs.
Time management/self motivation.
Attention to detail/thoroughness.
Able to meet the physical demands and work in all weather conditions typically found in construction.

Nice To Haves

Drywall repair experience preferred.
Working knowledge of equipment & materials preferred

Responsibilities

Understands methods & equipment involved in all drywall repair work.
Operation of tools/equipment required to complete all assigned repair work.
Completion of all assigned repair, touch up, etc… in a timely and professional manner.
Back checking all completed work.
Double check finish quality & document insufficiencies.
Maintenance & cleanliness of all tools & equipment as assigned.
Reporting of assigned vehicle maintenance issues & vehicle cleanliness.
Application, removal & disposal of masking as needed.
Clean up of dust/debris of all affected areas of repair.
Loading an unloading of material, equipment & tools.
Returning of left over material to shop.
Documentation of billable time & materials on each job.
Overall quality and thoroughness of repair work for each assigned job.
Other related duties as assigned.
