About The Position

This position is responsible for hanging all garments on the steam tunnel and folding all linen items, shop towels, and scrubs. The role requires the ability to hang garments on hangers and place them on the steam tunnel conveyor. Once the steam tunnel work is complete, the individual will fold linen and shop towels, and fold and tie scrubs as needed.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• No prior experience necessary
• Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others using the spoken word.
• Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.
• The trait of being dependable and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Hang all garments on hangers and place on steam tunnel conveyor.
• Fold linen and shop towels when steam tunnel work is complete.
• Fold and tie scrubs as needed.
