About The Position
This position involves picking up dry linen and feeding items into various dry fold machines. The role requires following standard operating procedures for each machine and inspecting each piece of linen for stains, tears, holes, and wear. The associate must meet quality and production standards.
Requirements
- Be able to stand on feet up to 10 hours a day
- Be able to push/pull linen carts up to 800 lbs (in wheels)
- Be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Be able to operate computer/printer
- Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending and twisting
Responsibilities
- Picks up dry linen and feeds an item into various dry fold machines.
- Follows standard operating procedures for each machine.
- Inspects each piece of linen for stains, tears, holes, and wears.
