Responsibilities

Start Dryer, verify airlocks & switches are on and vibe bed is plugged in
Test kibble every 15 minutes using the Foss Machine (grinds the kibble down to a powder) to take samples and record results
Conduct paperwork for moisture, temp, & lot information in Plex (ERP system)
Make dryer adjustments if the kibble is not in spec
Aerate totes if moisture is out of range & notify cooling room
Communicate often with maintenance, quality, and extruder operators
Conduct cleaning daily
Engage in regular communication with fellow team members to address any challenges and share insights, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
