About The Position

As a Package Consultant 2, you will contribute to enterprise application and Drupal development, ERP customization and integration, and AI-enabled digital solutions. The role involves gathering and validating requirements, supporting solution architecture, developing and maintaining applications, configuring integrations, assessing performance and security, documenting customizations, and training users. Within Infosys’s Digital Experience unit, you will help create integrated, personalized digital experiences and platforms. The work spans Drupal, Java and cloud-native development, front-end applications, Salesforce, AI solutions, cloud environments, and Adobe Experience Manager. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, support production systems, mentor team members, review code, and promote engineering best practices. The position may require relocation and/or travel to the work or project location.

Requirements

Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques.
Ability to handle end-to-end ERP package customization and implementation.
Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
Design skills and hands-on coding experience.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
Experience designing and developing scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
Experience building and maintaining Drupal 9/10/11 applications, custom modules, themes, workflows, integrations, and reusable UI components.
Experience developing responsive web applications and single-page applications using Angular, React, Vue, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience designing and implementing secure integrations among enterprise systems, Salesforce, Drupal, and external platforms.
Experience developing Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, and Flows.
Experience building AI-powered solutions, including personalized IBM Watson chatbots using authenticated user profiles and enterprise data.
Experience implementing Generative AI solutions with AWS Bedrock and Knowledge Bases.
Experience integrating AI capabilities into Salesforce workflows.
Experience using Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, AWS Bedrock, and Watson AI for development, documentation, testing, or modernization.
Experience supporting IBM Cloud and AWS environments, including infrastructure management, CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, scheduled jobs, storage, and backups.
Experience developing and supporting Adobe Experience Manager components, IBM Carbon-based widgets, publisher management, cache invalidation, and content publishing workflows.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive specialty experience in lieu of each year of education.

Responsibilities

Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and help validate specifications against business objectives and ERP capabilities.
Assist with solution architecture and customization of ERP modules and features based on business requirements.
Develop and integrate application features, conduct code reviews, and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
Configure interfaces, execute ETL processes, and support data flow between ERP and other applications.
Assess ERP performance and identify enhancements while ensuring customizations comply with security measures and regulatory standards.
Document ERP customizations and provide user training for knowledge transfer.
