About The Position

The Drug Testing Technician administers drug tests and provides test results and technical assistance to company staff and governmental agencies. The role works under direct or general supervision and includes administering urinalysis samples according to protocol and chain-of-custody procedures; training and certification will be provided. The technician also manages daily communication, billing, and maintenance items, and performs other duties as assigned. The position is based in Dallas, Texas, with occasional coverage at other urinalysis locations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Clean background and ability to pass a drug screening.
• Strong verbal and communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and assign the work of others.
• Ability to apply policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ability to perform computer data entry.
• Ability to work within a team structure.
• Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, and determine valid solutions.
• Ability to recognize and meet the needs of customers or end users.
• Ability to maintain focus and perform required duties while interacting with disagreeable customers or end users.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift objects up to 10 pounds, and maintain mobility necessary to perform the position’s minimum functions.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for coverage at other urinalysis locations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
