About The Position

A Drug Testing Technician administers drug tests and provides test results and technical assistance to company staff and governmental agencies. The position works under direct or general supervision. Urinalysis procedures and chain-of-custody protocols will be taught, and the technician will be trained and certified.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven customer service experience.
• Clean background and ability to pass a drug screening.
• Strong verbal and communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and assign the work of others.
• Ability to apply policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Ability to perform computer data entry.
• Ability to work within a team structure.
• Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, and determine valid solutions.
• Ability to recognize and meet the needs of customers or end users.
• Ability to maintain focus and perform required duties while interacting with disagreeable customers or end users.
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift objects up to 10 pounds, and maintain the mobility necessary to perform the position's minimum functions.

Responsibilities

• Administer urinalysis samples according to protocol and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Manage daily communication, billing, and maintenance items.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
