About The Position

PCI Pharma Services is hosting an onsite job fair for multiple positions related to Drug Product Manufacturing and Visual Inspection. PCI provides a comprehensive range of pharmaceutical services from development through to commercial launch and ongoing supply, with a focus on quality, operational excellence, and customer experience. Several roles are available, including Manufacturing Technician (I/II/III), Manufacturing Tech III/IV Team Lead, Supervisor Manufacturing, and Visual Inspection Technician I.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Learn and perform equipment preparation, aseptic compounding, solution prep, and sterile filling in GMP/ISO-regulated cleanroom environments.
Work with production records and SOPs.
Maintain high safety and quality standards.
Support a dynamic mix of client products.
Lead and perform all manufacturing operations including equipment prep, dispensing, dissolution, formulation, purification, aseptic compounding, filling and packaging activities for biopharma and medical device products.
Lead a manufacturing team in a variety of complex tasks in multi-facilities in accordance with FDA and other regulatory agencies.
Supervise an aseptic and medical device manufacturing team (e.g., equipment preparation, filling, and Lyophilization activities).
Ensure execution of production plans across multiple shifts and manage staff performance against the department’s operational goals.
Perform visual inspection of sterile filled vials to ensure they are free of defects.
Accurate documentation.
Identification of quality issues.
Communication with cross-functional teams.
