About The Position

PCI Pharma Services is hosting an onsite career fair for Drug Product Manufacturing Technicians. At PCI Pharma Services, we provide a comprehensive range of pharmaceutical services from the earliest stages of development through to commercial launch and ongoing supply. The career fair is an opportunity to learn about available positions, including Manufacturing Technician I/II/III and Manufacturing Technician IV - Lead. Individuals interested in other positions at the Madison PCI Pharma Services facility are also welcome to attend.

Requirements

• Manufacturing GMP/ISO requirement and standards
• Equipment prep, formulation, aseptic compounding, and filling activities for biopharma and medical device products.
• Compliance with GMP/ISO and PCI safety standards.
• Advanced technical expertise
• Review and update MPRs and SOPs
• Train less experienced staff

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform a variety of tasks in accordance with the manufacturing GMP/ISO requirement and standards.
• Perform routine and critical manufacturing operations, including but not limited to work functions in equipment prep, formulation, aseptic compounding, and filling activities for biopharma and medical device products.
• Lead others in complex manufacturing tasks while ensuring compliance with GMP/ISO and PCI safety standards.
• Perform and oversee all operations, including equipment prep, dispensing, dissolution, formulation, purification, aseptic compounding, filling, and packaging.
• Resolve non-routine issues using advanced technical expertise and escalate matters as needed.
• Review and update MPRs and SOPs, monitor team behaviors, train less experienced staff, and model Guardian values.
