Daymark Recovery Services, Inc. is a mission-driven community provider of culturally sensitive mental health and substance abuse services. Its mission is to inspire and empower people to seek and maintain recovery and health. Under direct and indirect supervision, the Drug Court Coordinator provides care management services, person-centered planning and documentation, referrals and linkages, and monitoring and follow-up for clients referred to the Davidson County Case Management program through the Davidson County Court System. The program serves individuals under court supervision and is voluntary; individuals must agree to participate. Davidson County Probation and Parole make referrals through a standardized process. Each case manager serves an average of 30 people annually, though caseloads may vary. The role also supports quarterly reporting with Daymark’s IT/Data Analytics Team. Reports cover program enrollment and case closures, subsequent court involvement and criminal charges, employment and job placement during services, workforce development referrals, and referrals to outside agencies.
