About The Position

This role develops and interprets statewide policies, standards, and frameworks; monitors performance; and provides technical assistance to shape how grant funded programs support recovery and healthy communities. The position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a statewide grant program that addresses substance use disorder and behavioral health needs. It leads collaborative efforts to ensure that State Opioid Response (SOR) program grantees and subrecipients meet performance and reporting standards and support effective outcomes for the people we serve.

Requirements

  • Two years of professional experience in social service or human development programs including one year of program planning, developing, and monitoring experience of the same; and a bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Must meet the PA residency requirement.
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate effectively with federal, state, and local partners to establish requirements, facilitate reporting, and improve outcomes
  • Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure compliance with grant agreements, reporting requirements, and other obligations
  • Evaluate performance and outcome data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare and present formal reports with data driven recommendations to support evidence-based decision making for program design, development, and funding
  • Provide internal and external partners with guidance and training to help resolve program issues, clarify policy, and support corrective actions
  • Maintains accurate, centralized and timely records of specific tasks and reporting requirements as outlined in the grant agreement statement
