This role develops and interprets statewide policies, standards, and frameworks; monitors performance; and provides technical assistance to shape how grant funded programs support recovery and healthy communities. The position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a statewide grant program that addresses substance use disorder and behavioral health needs. It leads collaborative efforts to ensure that State Opioid Response (SOR) program grantees and subrecipients meet performance and reporting standards and support effective outcomes for the people we serve.
