Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related human services/health field.
- Licensed or unlicensed clinicians welcome (LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
- Experience or internship in counseling, preferably with clients facing substance use challenges.
- Strong skills in crisis intervention, writing, communication, and culturally responsive care.
- Commitment to ethical practice and respect for client autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couple, and family counseling to clients with substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
- Offer crisis intervention and case management, connecting clients to vital community resources.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues, community partners, and other service providers to ensure holistic care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical expertise and cultural competence.
