About The Position

The main purpose of this position is to conduct substance use screenings and assessments and provide counseling and case management services to clients with substance use disorders in an outpatient clinic setting. This position may provide both individual and group counseling interventions. This position must be able to evaluate, consult, and refer clients to collateral agencies as appropriate.

Requirements

Must be certified by the Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists as a Certified Associate Counselor-Alcohol and Drug.
May require a motor vehicle operator’s license valid in the State of Maryland.
Subject to substance abuse testing.

Responsibilities
