About The Position

This role involves conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for outpatient clients. The therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment approaches, and deliver crisis intervention, stabilization, and substance abuse treatment services as clinically appropriate. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care, and participating in staff meetings and program development. The position requires maintaining professional licensure/certification standards while providing high-quality, client-centered behavioral health services.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a clinical field OR a Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field
2+ years of experience working with clients with addictions for substance abuse therapists
Documented clinical experience in substance abuse treatment within a behavioral health setting
Strong Communication, clinical judgment, and ability to work independently

Responsibilities
