About The Position
The Denver Athletic Club is looking for a patient, outgoing, reliable individual to join our Children's Center, drop off location. The applicant will assist in the development and supervision of children. Hours will be 4 days a week from 8 AM - 6 PM and Saturdays 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM. This position would be $19.33 to start.
Requirements
- Previous experience with childcare or other related fields
- Passionate about working with children
- Ability to build rapport with children and their parents
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Applicants must be able to pass extensive background checks, and drug testing
Responsibilities
- Supervise and interact with children in a safe and compassionate manner
- Implement creative activities to assist with child development
- Create a positive and nurturing environment for children
- Perform a variety of tasks, such as dressing, feeding, bathing, and overseeing play
