The DRMO Sustainment Lead oversees warehouse personnel and disposition operations to ensure all government property is processed, tracked, and maintained in accordance with applicable Department of Defense regulations, Navy guidance, contractual requirements, and local Standard Operating Procedures. The incumbent utilizes Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS), Health Inventory Management System (HIMS), Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS), and other authorized logistics systems to maintain accurate accountability of medical assets, Tables of Allowance (TOA), Authorized Medical Allowance Lists (AMALs), Authorized Dental Allowance Lists (ADALs), and other readiness-related inventories. This position serves as the primary liaison between the Program Manager Team, Government Property Administrator, Supply Division, Warehouse Operations, Maintenance Team, and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services to ensure timely and compliant processing of excess, obsolete, expired, and unserviceable materiel. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced medical logistics environment.
