About The Position

Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking an ICAM Sustainment Analyst to support the operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and performance of identity services across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required
  • Eligible to acquire and maintain Government Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum six (6) years of experience supporting enterprise ICAM or identity management environments.
  • Active CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and incident response skills.
  • Experience supporting identity platforms such as SailPoint, Ping Identity, BeyondTrust, Radiant Logic, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, or ADFS.
  • Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, LDAP, PKI, and X.509 certificates.
  • Experience administering Windows and Linux servers and supporting web services (IIS, Apache, NGINX).
  • Familiarity with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL databases.
  • Experience supporting Federal ICAM (FICAM) or DoD ICAM environments.
  • Automation and scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based identity services in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including containerized environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations, maintenance, patching, upgrades, and system health for ICAM platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity, authentication, synchronization, and certificate-related issues.
  • Support key identity technologies, including Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, SSO, federation, PAM, and IGA solutions.
  • Maintain PKI services, certificate management processes, and PIV/CAC integrations.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity; implement proactive alerting and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain runbooks, disaster recovery plans, and operational procedures.
  • Partner with cybersecurity teams to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain compliance.
  • Recommend and implement service improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
