About The Position

This position will be a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Program supporting the International Field Sustainment Directorate within the Aviation and Missile Command Security Assistance Management Directorate at Redstone Arsenal. The selected candidate would provide administrative, programmatic, and logistical support for international military customers through the Foreign Military Sales process.

Requirements

• Foreign Military Sales (FMS) experience
• Program management or project coordination experience
• Government financial management knowledge
• Logistics and supply chain experience
• Strong written communication and correspondence skills
• Experience with military or government organizations
• Ability to work with international partners
• Attention to detail and regulatory compliance
• 3 years’ experience in FMS or job-related experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

• Case Development – Helping define customer requirements and develop FMS cases.
• Case Writing – Preparing and maintaining FMS documentation and case packages.
• Financial Management – Tracking funding, expenditures, and financial reporting.
• Repair & Return – Coordinating repair programs and return of equipment.
• Parts Requisitioning – Managing requests and procurement of replacement parts.
• Program Management Review Support – Assisting with briefings, reviews, and status reporting.
• FMS Taskers – Responding to action items, data calls, and management requests.
• Foreign Visit Requests – Coordinating visits by foreign military personnel and delegations.
• U.S. Army Correspondence – Drafting and processing official military correspondence.
