About The Position

Nova Driving School is looking for passionate, safety‑focused Driving Instructors to join our team at our Main St location in Evanston. As part of the city’s #1 driving school, you’ll help teens and adults become confident, responsible drivers through patient, high‑quality instruction.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in driving instruction is preferred.
• Above 21 years of age.
• Driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in safe and lawful driving techniques, Illinois traffic laws, and defensive driving strategies
• Adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
• Monitor student progress and provide performance feedback
• Stay informed on current traffic regulations
• Foster a positive and focused learning environment
