About The Position

The Drivetrain Test & Validation Engineer will be responsible for conducting drivetrain/powertrain validation and testing activities. This role involves developing and executing test plans and procedures, analyzing test data, investigating performance issues, and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions. The engineer will collaborate with design and engineering teams and document test results to provide technical recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of product validation, testing, or engineering experience.
  • Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with test planning, execution, and reporting.
