About The Position

The Driver delivers vehicles and, in some instances, customers, employees, or vendors safely and promptly to appropriate destinations while providing helpful, courteous, and professional customer service. The position is based at 3168 Park Ave, Paducah, KY 42001, pays from $11.00 per hour, and is on call for three days a week, approximately 25 hours.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than one moving violation and/or at-fault accident on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.

Responsibilities

Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road.
Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destinations in a safe and courteous manner.
Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicles or pick up multiple vehicles.
Notify the Manager of customer or vehicle problems, including daily maintenance needs such as oil, tire, and fluid levels.
Ensure the vehicle has the proper fuel level and refuel it if needed.
Complete paperwork associated with vehicle pick-up and delivery.
Organize travel routes and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
Clean vehicles or keep the bus clean during a shift when asked.
Assist customers with directions, vehicle options, luggage, and basic policies and procedures when asked.
Drive safely and attentively to prevent injury to others and damage to vehicles.
Drive a variety of vehicles in all weather and road conditions.
Improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
