About The Position

The Driver will need to possess excellent people skills and the ability to get along well with passengers. As a “Driver" you: Will be required to do routine checks such as oil and water on all security vehicles. Must be able to articulate that they understand Maryland traffic regulations. Must possess ability to clearly communicate location and departure/arrival times over the phone.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience as a Driver (4 years).
• Valid Maryland Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Clean driving record that demonstrates the ability to operate a vehicle safely and in accordance with the law.
• Pass the certification in shipping infectious substances/dangerous goods course within the first 2 days of orientation.
• Pass the medication security health stream course.
• Wear a HCH uniform.
• Possess and operate a cell phone.
