About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, people-focused Driver to support operations and deliver exceptional service to partner dental offices. The Driver operates a company vehicle on designated routes, with cross-training for multiple locations. The position combines independent work on the road with teamwork in the office and involves regular communication with dental offices and colleagues across all D&S locations.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position scheduled from 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM, with no nights or weekends. The work environment is described as clean, professional, and supportive.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and coworkers.
• Reliable, consistent, and responsible work habits.
• Positive team attitude and cooperative nature.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Ability to sit while driving for extended periods, up to 6+ hours.
• Regular standing and movement throughout the day.
• Occasional bending or stooping during loading and unloading.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good vision and hearing for safe vehicle operation and communication.
• Ability to climb stairs occasionally during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on designated routes to deliver and pick up dental cases, with cross-training for multiple locations.
• Organize and pack route totes before beginning the route.
• Learn each dental office’s preferences to provide seamless, professional service.
• Use a company route phone for updates, additional pickups, and communication.
• Fuel company vehicles, monitor mileage, keep vehicles clean, and report maintenance needs.
• Communicate with colleagues across all D&S locations and provide support wherever needed.
