About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, people-focused Driver to support operations and deliver exceptional service to partner dental offices. The Driver delivers and picks up dental cases using a company vehicle on designated routes, with cross-training for multiple locations. The role includes organizing and packing route totes, learning each dental office’s preferences, using a company route phone for updates and communication, maintaining company vehicles, and supporting colleagues across all locations. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to sit while driving for extended periods, up to 6+ hours.

• Ability to occasionally bend or stoop while loading and unloading.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good vision and hearing for safe vehicle operation and communication.
• Ability to occasionally climb stairs during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up dental cases from partner dental offices on designated routes.
• Cross-train for routes serving multiple locations.
• Organize and pack route totes before departing.
• Learn dental offices’ preferences to provide seamless, professional service.
• Use a company route phone for updates, additional pickups, and communication.
• Fuel company vehicles, monitor mileage, keep vehicles clean, and report maintenance needs.
• Communicate with colleagues across all locations and provide support where needed.
