About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a non-CDL driver for a local driving position in Rapid City. The role involves driving and delivering vehicles locally or outside the area as needed, with the opportunity to drive multiple new-model cars. The position is seasonal, with employees working for up to 150 days during a defined season. Seasonal hours may be full-time or part-time. The schedule is Wednesday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The position is located at 4550 Terminal Road, Rapid City, South Dakota 57703. Pay starts at $14 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed, following all rules of the road.
Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destinations in a safe and courteous manner.
Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicles or pick up multiple vehicles.
Notify the manager of customer or vehicle problems, including daily maintenance needs such as checking oil, tire, and fluid levels.
Ensure the proper fuel tank level and fill the vehicle with gasoline if needed.
Complete paperwork associated with vehicle pickup and delivery.
Organize travel routes and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
Clean vehicles and/or keep the bus clean during the shift when asked.
Assist customers with directions, car options, luggage loading and unloading, and basic policies and procedures when asked.
Drive safely and attentively to prevent injury to others and damage to vehicles.
Drive a variety of vehicles in all weather and road conditions.
Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
