About The Position

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and safety-focused Driver to join our senior living community. In this role, you will provide safe and reliable transportation for our residents to medical appointments, shopping trips, recreational outings, and other scheduled activities. Our community operates a 12-passenger wheelchair-accessible lift bus, so experience transporting seniors or individuals with mobility needs is preferred.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Minimum of 3 years of safe driving experience.
• Clean and acceptable driving record
• Thorough knowledge of traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and compassionate.
• Experience working with seniors.
• We operate a 12-seat wheelchair lift bus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience transporting seniors or individuals with mobility needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents using company-provided vehicles.
• Assist residents safely in and out of the vehicle.
• Provide courteous and compassionate service during transportation.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of company vehicles.
• Follow all traffic laws and safe driving practices.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff regarding transportation schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
