About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring full-time Drivers in El Paso, Texas. The role is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles at designated locations for servicing, transport, and/or rental, while focusing on customer needs and following company Quality Standards. The position is located at 1445 Gail Borden Pl., El Paso, TX 79935. The posting lists two possible schedules: 5:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with Tuesday and Wednesday off. It also states availability is required Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., three days per week. Starting pay is $10.00, based on a 40-hour workweek.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have at least 12 consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.
Must be available for the schedule requirements stated in the posting.

Responsibilities

Inspect vehicles to ensure safety equipment is working, including lights, tires, brakes, wipers, horn, seat belts, mirrors, and backup lights.
Inspect vehicles for unidentified body damage.
Provide positive customer service, including greetings and assistance with luggage and personal belongings where applicable.
Place items found in vehicles in lost and found, and direct drivers to drop-off locations as necessary.
Drive vehicles from drop-off points to service areas, through the car wash, and to the ready line as necessary.
Refuel vehicles and log the identification number, fuel needed, and mileage.
Ensure key tags are correctly marked with the VIN or unit number and license plate number.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report unsafe or hazardous conditions.
