About The Position

Biocair is hiring a Driver to collect and deliver time-critical, temperature-sensitive healthcare and research shipments for the life sciences industry. The role requires safe, careful, timely transport of important consignments, including medicines and patient samples, while providing a high standard of customer care. It is a busy, fast-paced role involving independent work and close collaboration with colleagues.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30. It is fully onsite at Biocair’s San Bruno, California office (CA 94066). Applicants must have the right to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable. Candidates are subject to pre-employment screening, including denied-party, motor vehicle records, and E-Verify work authorization checks.

Requirements

• Experience in transport, courier, logistics, or freight forwarding environments.
• Valid US driver's licence held for at least two years.
• Fewer than two moving violations within the last 24 months.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service.
• Flexible, proactive approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have the right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare and research shipments safely, on time, and with care.
• Prepare and pack temperature-sensitive and specialist materials to quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and build trusted customer relationships.
• Ensure shipments, documentation, and processes meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Carry out vehicle checks and help keep the fleet safe, clean, and ready for use.
• Maintain organised, temperature-controlled storage and warehouse environments.
• Follow safe working practices and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with colleagues to solve problems, support customers, and improve working practices.
