About The Position

Keystone Human Services is seeking a Casual Driver to join our team. This role is crucial in providing individualized, person-directed support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism. Our mission is to foster inclusion and build communities where everyone can thrive and participate fully. As a Driver, your primary responsibility will be to safely transport individuals to and from work, appointments, and various community activities using a company vehicle. You will also be responsible for ensuring the vehicle remains in safe operating condition by maintaining its cleanliness, managing fuel levels, and scheduling necessary service maintenance and annual inspections. Requirements

  • Twenty-one years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport individuals with autism to and from work, appointments, and various activities in the community utilizing a company vehicle.
  • Ensure the vehicle is in safe running condition by maintaining cleanliness, fuel levels, scheduling service maintenance and annual inspections.
