We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver to join our team. This role involves performing onsite client pickups of decommissioned IT equipment, ensuring secure handling and transport in accordance with company and industry data security standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates a commitment to safe driving practices, excellent customer service, and reliable schedule management. Prior experience in logistics or ITAD services is a plus, but not required. This position has various responsibilities; driving, loading & unloading, managing inventory, general warehouse duties, and processing (sorting) electronics. The perfect fit will be someone adaptable, who loves being a team player.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Must have and maintain a satisfactory driving record
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • The ability to speak/read English fluently
  • Clean criminal record
  • Must pass a drug screen upon hire
  • Must possess a valid DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (Medical Card) or be willing to obtain one after accepting an offer of employment and prior to start date
  • Excellent driving and navigation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in logistics or ITAD services
  • Experience driving larger vehicles is a definite plus

Responsibilities

  • Follow assigned pickup and delivery routes
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during client interactions
  • Safely load, transport, and unload equipment and materials
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, partners, and team members via phone and email
  • Complete vehicle inspections and maintain required documentation
  • Research and evaluate the resale value of incoming electronic equipment
  • Sort and process materials according to company procedures
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, power lifts, and other material-handling equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, equipment, tools, and work areas
  • Support cross-functional teams and assist with departmental needs as required
  • Utilize company systems and communication tools to coordinate work and share information
