We are currently seeking a dependable, safety-focused Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our Reading Logistics team. This position combines local delivery responsibilities with hands-on warehouse duties. The ideal candidate enjoys being on the road, working independently, and contributing as part of a warehouse team.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to safely operate company vehicles in accordance with DOT and company requirements.
Ability to read and understand customer orders, shipping tickets, and delivery instructions.
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
Dependable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety.
Ability to perform the physical duties associated with loading, unloading, picking, packing, and handling warehouse materials.

Responsibilities

Safely load, transport, and unload products at customer locations.
Complete deliveries accurately and efficiently while following assigned routes and delivery instructions.
Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries.
Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and documentation.
Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
Safely operate and maintain company vehicles in accordance with company and DOT safety standards.
Handle customer payments or financial transactions accurately when required.
Return merchandise and related documentation to the warehouse as needed.
Receive, organize, and put away incoming materials in designated warehouse locations.
Pull, pick, and pack customer orders and back orders accurately.
Stock pipe, wire, and other electrical materials.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Verify products against shipping tickets and customer orders.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work areas.
Assist with general warehouse duties as business needs require.
Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
