About The Position

The Driver/Warehouse Associate supports day-to-day operations by moving automotive glass and related products through the warehouse and delivering customer orders. The role provides prompt, courteous customer service during deliveries and will-call pickups, performs general warehouse and delivery duties, and assists customers as needed. This is a nonexempt position reporting to the Branch Manager, with a Monday–Friday dayshift schedule and rotating Saturdays.

Requirements

Pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
Safely and competently operate forklifts, reach trucks, and pickers.
Have 3–5 years of driving and delivery experience.
Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Have strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Be organized, detail-oriented, accurate, and adaptable to warehouse environments.
Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Work cohesively as part of a team and take direction in changing working conditions.
Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Unload incoming inventory and inspect it for damage.
Process and stock inventory, pick the correct products and quantities for orders, and load glass racks and trucks.
Clean glass, assess stock for damage, and apply the proper labels.
Follow delivery routes and schedules to deliver products and receive returns on time.
Process and record payments and enter data into the ordering system.
Safely operate the delivery vehicle.
Receive and process returned stock, and complete logs and documentation.
Break down boxes, stock accessories, and organize inventory as directed.
Assist customers during deliveries and at will-call pickups.
Help maintain the branch's appearance and clean the warehouse and counter area.
Perform other assigned job tasks.
