About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Regional Manager to oversee transportation operations within the Northeast Indiana region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driver management or fleet operations. This leadership position offers the opportunity to influence service quality, safety, and operational efficiency across multiple locations, ensuring that all clients receive reliable and timely transportation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in driver or fleet management
• Prior management experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety, compliance, and vehicle maintenance standards.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities independently and adapt to changing needs.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily transportation operations, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of drivers and staff, cultivating a culture of safety and professionalism.
• Coordinate driver scheduling, route planning, and operational logistics.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and inspection schedules to ensure fleet safety.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct evaluations, and implement improvements.
• Resolve operational issues in collaboration with team members and external partners.
• Develop strategies to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and driver retention at the regional level.
