About The Position

You'll be the primary point of contact for driver support, working closely with Operations to maintain reliability, accountability, and engagement across the platform.

Requirements

  • Background in operations, logistics, driver management, or customer support
  • Comfortable managing difficult conversations with empathy and accountability
  • Strong communicator who is highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience with operational or workforce management software a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage driver onboarding, orientation, and activation
  • Handle escalations, pay disputes, and support issues professionally and promptly
  • Monitor performance metrics, reliability trends, and zone coverage gaps
  • Communicate operational updates, safety alerts, and company initiatives to drivers
  • Build engagement initiatives that strengthen driver morale and recognition
  • Maintain SOPs, training materials, and driver-facing resources
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
