About The Position

Safely and efficiently move trailers within distribution centers. The role involves moving trailers into docks or to specific yard locations. The schedule is a non-rotating three-day weekend shift, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Hours fall on the in-punch day according to the act calendar (Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday). Overtime may be needed.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Two of the last three years, or three of the last five years, of over-the-road tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Satisfactory driving record for the past three years.
• Ability to read and write in English to ensure accuracy on paperwork.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to climb into and out of a truck up to 40 times per day.
• Ability to carry small rolls of carpet weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive the truck for up to 8 hours per day.
