About The Position

This role is responsible for recruiting truck drivers, primarily over the phone. The position involves scheduling and making arrangements for drivers to report for orientation, assembling and mailing promotional materials, and occasionally visiting training schools, attending trade shows, and traveling to promote KLLM. The role also includes responsibility for applicant data input.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years college or 2 years work related experience within the trucking industry
• Familiar with industry, state, and federal hiring requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills and initiative
• Demonstrate strong communications skills, both written and oral
• Basic PC skills required
• Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Recruit applicants for truck drivers; primarily over the phone
• Schedule and make arrangements for drivers to report for orientation
• Assemble and mail out promotional material
• Occasionally visit training schools, attend trade shows & travel promoting KLLM
• Responsible for applicant data input
