About The Position

The Driver/Operations position operates a Class A, B, or Ag CDL vehicle to safely deliver products to customers and serves as a backup to Applicators as needed. The role supports facility operations through product receiving and delivery, lot and grounds maintenance, equipment compliance, and other duties that contribute to efficient operations. The employee may provide support across multiple business units to foster collaboration, align priorities, and support consistent execution of organizational objectives.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED; education may be offset by experience.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and meet a Motor Vehicle Review in accordance with company policy.
• Must hold one of the following: Class A or B CDL, preferred, or Ag CDL, with required endorsements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment skills.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and focused attention to detail.
• High sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and team-player attitude.
• Ability to regularly lift more than 50 pounds and perform the physical duties necessary to run an agricultural location.

Nice To Haves

• Prior agricultural experience.
• Basic mechanical skills for daily equipment maintenance.
• Territory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Ensure safety compliance.
• Assist in equipment maintenance.
• Assist with housekeeping and maintenance of facility grounds.
• Communicate daily activities, needs, and accomplishments to management.
• Prepare and maintain records in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
• May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicals.
• May serve as a backup to Applicators.
• Provide support across multiple business units, fostering collaboration, aligning priorities, and driving consistent execution of organizational objectives.
